Rules & Requirements
If Livin' the Hunt (LTH) determines that any member drawn for a hunt does not or cannot meet any of the rules and requirements as listed below, then that member will forfeit their hunt won and another member will be drawn randomly for said hunt.
- Members will be drawn randomly.
- Odds of winning will be determined by the number of active members and the number of hunts given away at that time.
- LTH reserves the right to determine the number of hunts it will give away each year along with the date and time each drawing is to take place.
- List of winners will be posted on the Livin' the Hunt website at a date and time determined by LTH.
- LTH reserves the right to refuse any member at LTH's discretion.
- LTH reserves the right to determine eligibility requirements for each hunt it gives away.
- Once draw, a member cannot be drawn again for 2 years in which said member must have maintained an active membership for the prior 2 years to be eligible again.
- Member will be responsible to meet legal requirements to hunt in the State or Country of the hunt they won.
- If member is unable to meet the schedule as prescribed and determined by LTH for any reason, then LTH reserves the right to award the hunt to another member.
- Member must sign and submit any and all required information and documents as provided by LTH.
- Members must be 12 years old or older to be eligible to be drawn for a hunt.
- Any member under the age of 18 who is drawn for a hunt will be required to have a parent or guardian sign any and all documents provided by LTH.
- Any member under the age of 18 who is drawn for a hunt shall be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Each hunt won is non-redeemable and non-transferable.
